Our client, a thriving insurance business specialising in luxury car and home insurance, is seeking a talented Account Handler to join their team. If you have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, particularly with high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, this is your chance to accelerate your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle MTAs, renewals, and other account management tasks.
- Build strong relationships with a panel of insurers through the open market.
- Support HNW Account Executives in achieving KPI's/sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for HNW client experience.
- Strong communication skills and a polished professional demeanour.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for luxury cars is a plus.
- Experience with Acturis systems is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
