Our client, a highly successful and rapidly growing international insurance broking group, is seeking an experienced Private Clients Account Executive to join their expanding High Net Worth team based in Farnborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for an insurance professional with strong experience in High Net Worth Home Insurance and exposure to Motor and wider Personal Lines products. Working with an established portfolio of affluent and High Net Worth clients, you will provide expert advice, build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional levels of service whilst identifying opportunities to grow and develop client accounts.

The Role

As a Private Clients Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of High Net Worth clients, ensuring their insurance arrangements continue to meet their evolving needs and circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing an existing portfolio of High Net Worth and Private Clients
  • Providing expert advice on High Net Worth Home Insurance, Motor Insurance and associated Personal Lines products
  • Conducting detailed client reviews and fact-finds to fully understand client requirements and risk exposures
  • Building strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and regular client contact
  • Delivering a consultative and advice-led approach tailored to each individual client
  • Working closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance cover and increase portfolio penetration through cross-selling and upselling
  • Supporting clients with complex insurance requirements including high-value homes, contents, valuables, collections and prestige vehicles
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Private Clients team to achieve service and growth objectives
  • Acting as a trusted adviser and first point of contact for client

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience within a Private Clients, High Net Worth or Personal Lines insurance environment and who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You will possess:

  • Experience within Private Clients, High Net Worth or Personal Lines insurance
  • Strong knowledge of High Net Worth Home Insurance products and risks
  • Experience handling Motor Insurance and associated Personal Lines products
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A consultative and client-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities within an existing portfolio
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Cert CII qualification or a desire to work towards professional qualifications
