Insure Recruitment are working with a prestigious insurance broker who due to an internal change they are seeking an experienced High Net Worth – Private Client team manager to join their team.
The private client's team are experts in their field of delivering quality insurance products for High Net Worth individuals covering their personal insurance requirements.
The ideal candidate for the role will bring excellent Team Leadership skills with experience of building a team and improving people/ team dynamics
Come from a strong broking background with considerable experience in and knowledge of the HNW field.
Experience of using Acturis (distinct advantage).
Manage quality and compliance.
Happy to manage the day to day elements of the role/ team and is comfortable documenting activity whilst working on a larger framework.
Is a good fit into the team dynamic, has a good sense of humour and enjoys the social elements of team working.
Most of all, can buy into what the team is striving to achieve and can work well with Senior Management and the team in order to achieve this.
