Graduate Insurance Support Administrator – Near Woking – up to £18,000
Insure Recruitment are currently working with a brokerage that offers solutions for commercial, private client and property insurance. The business also has a particular niche in commercial and private fine art and specie risk. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic graduate looking to develop a successful career at an organisation that is dynamic and ambitious for rapid growth. The role involves aiding one of our brokers in key administration duties as well as general office management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the private client broker with customer enquiries and issues
Phone answering and transferring of incoming calls
Sending emails to clients and insurance companies on behalf of the broker team
Creating documents and letters to send to clients
Assist the claims manager with the lifecycle of all claims submitted to the brokerage
Ensuring all customer files are up to date
Customer service and follow up calls with clients
Taking credit card payments from customers
Administration support for MD and FD as required
General Office management including ordering supplies, banking cheques and waste management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills, including ability to prioritise workload
Good typing and word processing skills
Good standard of written and verbal communication
Proven ability to work under pressure
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
Good attention to detail
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
