Financial Services Project Administrator – Horsham – up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits

Insure Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established Financial Services company that are actively seeking an experienced Financial Services professional to join their projects team.

Overall purpose of the Job

Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to Operational Projects. Assist the team to progress and monitor multiple projects to drive the successful delivery of wide-ranging and complex projects and programme(s).

 

Key Activities

Gain and maintain technical insight on platform functionality and operations to support business transformation

Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets to produce appropriate artifacts for business

requirements, risk assessment, testing, etc.

Facilitate continuous advancement of the platform through process improvement and automation

Conduct research to assess suitability and alignment of products to the business operating model

Understanding and completing multiple processes across operations administration

Contribute and feedback in team meetings

Gain and maintain a good understanding of Platforms within the Financial Services market

Source answers and think logically to find solutions

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Operational Projects team

Create strong relationships, quickly building trust, and liaising with key stakeholders across the

organisation

Participate in and provide support to testing and transition phases

Produce and maintain the project action log

Assist the Project team with resource planning, assigning tasks to internal teams, monitoring,

chasing, liaising, ensuring actions are completed

 

Required Skills/Experience

Experience in the Financial Services industry & Regulated environment

5 GCSE’s including maths and English language

2 A Levels or equivalent

Willing to learn

Accurate with good attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

Ability to problem solve and use of initiative in complex project environment

Good organisation skills

Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation

Confident user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
