We are seeking a talented Financial Services Administrator to join our client, a well-established financial services firm based in Central Leicester. Their experienced financial advisors have over 100 years of combined experience, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to their clients. They offer a comprehensive range of financial products, including:

  • Pensions and retirement planning
  • Savings and investments
  • Protection Insurance
  • Income protection

The Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the office and provide invaluable administration support to the financial advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and account administration, including data entry, document management, and file maintenance.
  • Process new business applications and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and managing client communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports and other financial documents.
  • Answer client inquiries and provide general administrative support to the office.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Services Administrator or similar role such as a pensions or investments administrator working in a FCA regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial services products and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with intelligent office or platform solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.
