We are seeking a talented Financial Services Administrator to join our client, a well-established financial services firm based in Central Leicester. Their experienced financial advisors have over 100 years of combined experience, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to their clients. They offer a comprehensive range of financial products, including:
- Pensions and retirement planning
- Savings and investments
- Protection Insurance
- Income protection
The Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the office and provide invaluable administration support to the financial advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and account administration, including data entry, document management, and file maintenance.
- Process new business applications and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and managing client communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports and other financial documents.
- Answer client inquiries and provide general administrative support to the office.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Services Administrator or similar role such as a pensions or investments administrator working in a FCA regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services products and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with intelligent office or platform solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.
