We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Insurance Advisor working for a thriving insurance business that offers full support and training to help grow your insurance career.
Within your role, you will deliver a positive customer outcome through effective handling of customer inquiries and managing the renewal and mid-term adjustments processes.
You will cover a broad range of both personal lines and commercial insurance.
In your role as a Customer Service Advisor, your foremost goal is to guarantee prompt and effective solutions for every customer inquiry. You will serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs. Your role involves offering expert guidance and furnishing precise information about insurance products.

- Starting salary up to £24k plus (DOE)
