Your starting salary will be £23,100 + excellent team bonus – OTE (potential £24,000-£25,600)

Duties will include
- Working in a team of 15 customer service staff, retaining customers by taking inbound calls and contacting customers once their insurance is up for renewal.
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service, answering their inquiries.
- Working to team targets, including retention, inbound call service levels, promotion of premium finance, cross-selling, and quality/compliance of the service provided.
- Using standard rates to provide customers with accurate and timely quote premiums.
- Collect premiums and process amounts.
- Ensure any credit offered is agreed with the company limits.
