Unique entry-level opportunity in insurance … if you love bikes!

If you’re a genuine bike enthusiast with a knack for customer service, you could speed forward into this unique customer services opportunity with a rapidly expanding insurance company.

Within this role, your knowledge of bikes truly sets you apart, opening doors to a potentially rewarding and exciting insurance career in which the sky (and your ambition) is the only limit!

This fast-growing, thriving, and ambitious Surrey-based specialist digital insurance broker has an unmissable full-time customer services executive opportunity available right now for an energetic and driven individual.

Previous insurance experience is not required. If you are passionate about providing great customer service to a wide range of customers, your personality will be the key to your success!

Duties will be customer-facing so fantastic communication skills including a friendly and professional telephone manner are crucial. You’ll need to accrue great product knowledge which you’ll then demonstrate as you help customers with a wide range of policy queries. You’ll also be able to keep a cool head under pressure as you will be making policy changes, dealing with some unhappy or confused customers, and frequently answering questions about our products. Strong negotiating skills will also be useful!

The team is fun and energetic, and you’ll get comprehensive product training and full support with personal development. This is a brilliant chance to establish your career in insurance or financial services within a supportive and exciting environment.

In addition to a good starting salary, there’s an attractive benefits and package and holiday allowance. You’ll also be enrolled in their company life insurance benefit.

The role is fully office-based with potentially some hybrid flex after probation (depending on the business’s needs).

Applicants should be educated to GCSE standard, including Maths and English at level C or above. Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook will also be useful.

At Insure Recruitment, we work with clients who are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. So, if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification or criteria in the above description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be exactly what we’re looking for in this or other roles.
