As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, customers, brokers, and underwriters.
You will also be responsible for handling new business quotations, queries, mid-term adjustments, and issuing existing renewals.
In this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

No previous office experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided.
