What will be your role? You'll play a crucial part in our organisation, offering customer service support to a vast client base of over 100,000 individuals. Your primary responsibilities will include adjusting policies mid-term, managing cancellations, debt recovery, addressing underwriter inquiries, and assisting with general administrative tasks. We're seeking team members who can seamlessly integrate into our collaborative work environment, prioritising efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify insurance policies mid-term and handle cancellations.
- Pursue debt recovery efforts and communicate with customers.
- Resolve underwriter inquiries and manage general administrative duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold client satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Embrace a culture of efficiency and excellence in your work.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: £23Kpa (Depending on experience).
- Team Bonus Structure: Monthly Bonus: £250 per month and overtime bonus (£3000 pa) plus an additional overtime bonus of £120 for 2 weekends a month (£1440)
- Total OTE £27,440
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Two Shifts):
- Early Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Late Shift: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.
Rotating Saturdays or Sundays once every two weeks
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
