We have 10 active vacancies, starting salary £22Kpa + bonus (on target earnings of £26Kpa)
What skills are required to be considered?
- Customer experience working ideally working towards KPIs and targets.
- Proven track record of resolving customer enquiries.
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment, regulated or call centre.
- Excellent communication & listening skills.
Daily duties include:
- Arranging adjustment quotes for midterm adjustments
- Issuance of insurance contracts
- Administering new documents & direct debit mandates
- Managing your own workflow diaries/emails etc
- Hitting targets and KPI's
- Meeting our customers' demands and needs to resolve situations.
- Live chat functions

Hours of work: Shift patterns on a weekly rotation
Early shift
08:30 – 5:30 pm
Late shift
10am- 7pm
Plus, every other weekend (either a Saturday or Sunday) from 9am – 2pm
