You'll assist with policy changes, process cancellations, and answer product questions, all while providing a best-in-class customer experience. Our client is committed to your success and will provide you with extensive product training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career.
What you'll do
- Manage incoming enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with a variety of requests and questions.
- Ensure all interactions comply with company procedures and FCA regulations.
- Maintain accurate and secure customer records.
- Work with your team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
What we're looking for
- A strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills. You're comfortable adapting your communication style to best serve the customer.
- A calm and composed problem-solver who can think on their feet and work well under pressure.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively and isn't afraid to ask for help when needed.
- Computer savvy with good typing skills and the ability to easily navigate between different applications and platforms.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of a pass mark in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and experience with Microsoft Office. While not essential, previous experience in the insurance industry or with Salesforce is a bonus.
Our client believes in taking care of their team. In addition to a competitive salary, they offer an attractive benefits and holiday package, as well as company life insurance.
This is a full-time, office-based role in a positive and supportive environment. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. After your probation period, there may be an opportunity for hybrid working, depending on business needs.
