We are actively recruiting a customer service advisor working for a thriving insurance business that offers full training and support to help develop your insurance career.
Within your role, you will also deliver a positive customer outcome through effective handling of customer enquiries and managing the renewal and mid-term adjustments process. You will cover a broad range of both personal lines and commercial insurance. The successful applicant will have a positive outlook, excellent communication, and confident IT, and organisational skills. You will be keen to learn and develop a long-term career working in the thriving insurance industry.
- Salary up to £25Kpa.
