An exciting opportunity for an energetic person who wants to launch their career within the insurance industry. Our client is rapidly expanding and looking to recruit 2 customer service executives to join their team.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to join their customer service team and drive great service.

This is a highly varied role, including administration support, customer services, claims support, answering emails and customer calls. They offer training towards the Cert CII. The role could also suit a candidate who is also interested in gaining skills in Marketing or Finance as they have the capacity to train and give you experience in these areas, in addition to your customer service role.

The role is fully office based, there is parking available and they are 10 minutes walk from Horsham train station.

We will consider both graduates and candidates with good customer service experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, 25 days holiday, performance-related bonus, pension, private medical and various benefits which you can choose to suit your lifestyle.
