What you’ll bring
- Proven experience handling commercial motor claims within an insurance, broking, or legal environment
- Strong understanding of the commercial motor claims lifecycle
- Confident communicator, able to support clients during challenging situations
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Proactive approach with strong organisational and IT skills
Ideal background
- Experience dealing with fleet, HGV, or commercial motor claims
- Exposure to multi-vehicle or complex claims environments
- Background within broking or insurer-led commercial claims teams
