Commercial Insurance Sales Executive – Winchester – up to £35,000 plus bonus
Insure Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Insurance business who are going through a period of growth and are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance professional to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for development of a pipeline of new business quotes in our target commercial sectors.
Respond to Inbound New Business enquiries whilst actively prospecting the existing CRM database and pipeline.
Have responsibilities for the management, execution and reporting of commercial sales campaigns working with the agents and other team members.
Generate publicity, including newsletters, advertising and attendance at shows and events to produce leads and enhance the reputation of the company and to protect the brand in its primary catchment areas in line with the local sales plan.
Collate, analyse and evaluate relevant customer personal, business and financial information to complete Fact Finds, provide information and recommend products and services that meet their needs in line within licensed authority.
Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards of company scheme and regulators.
Record and track contacts, prospects and sales to maximise conversion ratio of leads to sales and provide a robust record of advice given and accurate efficient policy information.
Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers.
Meeting quarterly objectives as agreed with line manager.
Manage a small portfolio of commercial customers and associated policies.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5pm
