Commercial Insurance New Business Executive – Maidstone – excellent OTE
Insure Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a driven insurance sales professional to join an established and award-winning company.
The role 100% New business Generation. It requires the candidate to be proactive, take imitative
selling quotes to new clients, majority (80%) of leads will be supplied, with 20% sourcing own
leads through self-generation.
The role includes providing own administration support - creating quotations, setting up computer
records, issuing documents to clients, checking proposal forms, diary management. This will
enable the successful candidate to develop an understanding of systems and policy wordings, etc.
The role will evolve as the person develops and takes on greater responsibility. Salary will be
dependent upon experience and knowledge. Assistance is offered to undertake the Chartered
Insurance Institute qualifications (optional).
The successful applicant will have a confident telephone manner, excellent communicator and a
would suit someone with between 1-3 year’s strong insurance sales experience in
either Personal Lines or Commercial basis.
We are looking to recruit a high-quality individual. The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate
natural sales skills, tenacity, a focused driven approach, a track record of commitment and
success, sales / influencing skills, ambitious nature with a clear idea of their strengths and be able
to work to targets.
The successful candidate is likely to be a self starter who enjoys taking responsibility, making
decisions and working to goals e.g. 40 quotes a month and a conversion rate of 1:3.
This opportunity may suite personal lines new business sales executive looking to transfer into commercial.
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate sales experience and then who have
made progress towards CII qualifications and are educated to A level standard.
Office hours are Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:15pm
