We are working with large insurance business who have over 100 offices nationwide, they are seeking a talented commercial insurance broker to join their friendly, collaborative and high energy team based in Kidderminster. 

They offer a competitive salary up to £28000. You will also earn a quarterly bonus depending on performance with achievable OTE at over £30,000.

The role: 

Reporting to the team leader we have an opportunity in our existing business team to focus on renewals and providing excellent customer care as the business continues to grow. Your involvement can truly make the difference. You will ensure a first-class customer journey and the smooth running of the office. Providing general insurance advice, managing claims, identifying areas to add worth and acting as a multi skilled member to assist with renewals and sales. 

We are seeking candidates: 

Who confidently can field inbound communications, telephones, live chat and emails to a high standard along with advising on additional product lines. A positive, diligent, and hardworking approach. 

Working in a broking environment preferred, but not essential as we are able and willing to train the right individual. You must have a proven track record of hitting Key performance indicators and be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure when necessary. 


Cert CII qualification desired but not essential, as they are willing to sponsor study support. 

Math’s and English GCSE grade C or above 

Additional information:

  • This is a full time, permanent position their hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch, 9:00am to 12:00pm every fourth Saturday. 

  • Team members are given time back in lieu for the hours worked on Saturday’s. 

  • Flexibility for a mixture of office and home working is available for this role with the expectation to work a minimum of 3 days from the office 

  • Core products lines include but not limited to motor fleet, public liability, SME package policies, property owners and truck.
