Commercial Insurance Account Handler – Tunbridge Wells – up to £35,000 DOE
Insure Recruitment are delighted to be assisting an established and prestigious company who are actively seeking an experienced commercial insurance professional to join their team.
The successful candidate will deliver a compliant and excellent service to all Clients, through all stages of their relationship.
Seek opportunities to expand existing business or develop new business opportunities in support of business plans and its aim “to be the complete broker”.
Provide a quality service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, incorporating:
• Pre-renewal and renewal processing
• Claims handling
• Mid-term adjustments
• Premium collection
• Record keeping
• Data entry
• Diary management
• Issue management
• Client and insurer queries
Assist, deputise for, and liaise with the Account Executives and to provide administration and claims handling support for the Account Executives.
Skills and Experience required –
Good all round commercial insurance knowledge
Progression towards professional studies
Good organisational skills
