Commercial Insurance Account Handler  – Maidstone up to £30,000 doe

 

Insure Recruitment are looking for a reliable commercial account handler within a busy Commercial insurance department for an award-winning independent insurance brokers who will undertake administrative tasks, to help assist the team and offer great customer service experience to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Vehicles Adjustments and Complex MTA’s

• Ad-hoc re-broking cases in relation to unique requirements

• Generating New Business (enterprise cases)

• Diary management on OpenGi

• Daily caseloads in respect of incoming post enquiries and emails

• Maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention

• Handling a book of equestrian renewals

 

Person Specifications

• Knowledge of commercial insurance

• Confident telephone manner

• Excellent communication skills

• Organised and systematic approach to work

• Good attention to detail

• Self-starter and self-motivated in the working environment

• The ability to work to own initiative

• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word

 

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of OpenGi management operating system

• Experience in new business or renewals role

 

Office hours are Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:15pm

Parking on Site

Open plan working environment
