To ensure you’re creating maximum value for your clients, you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator, excellent at building strong relationships internally and externally. The company has succeeded because they invest in long and in-depth client relationships, often lasting decades.
Working towards ambitious targets in a small and closely-knit team, you’ll be also working closely with other teams, to cross-sell and maximise your business offer and develop new client relations with warm clients, assess risk, and create insurance proposals and quotes with the support of the internal handling team.
In addition to an attractive base salary, there’s an exciting commission incentive package, a generous benefits package and holiday provision – including your birthday off and time at Christmas - and a fully supportive environment, learning from highly experienced and respected colleagues.
You’ll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your diary, proactively attend client meetings at least 2/3 days per week. The team meets on-site at their offices in Central London every Thursday, and they cover your transportation costs to and from the office. You could be based anywhere in the UK!
