You will inherit an existing book of loyal commercial clients, giving you the platform to immediately add value- nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering an exceptional, proactive service. The opportunity
You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of commercial insurance programmes, including-
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations and client enquiries.
- Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and internal stakeholders.
- Providing a responsive, solutions-focused service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Developing a deep understanding of a unique and growing specialist sector.
- Maintaining accurate systems and documentation.
You will have proven commercial insurance experience and someone who:
- Takes a proactive approach to client service and relationship development.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Is comfortable using multiple systems (Acturis- advantageous).
