  • Efficiency & Compliance: Efficiently handle higher-value and intricate claims while maintaining meticulous and compliant records across systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with broking teams and internal services, supporting colleagues by sharing your valuable technical expertise and knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a candidate who is client-focused, empathetic, and demonstrates impeccable attention to detail.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience handling commercial insurance claims, ideally across construction-related classes (CAR, Liability, PI, Property).
  • Strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage a busy, demanding caseload.
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policy terms simply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a comfort with quickly learning new claims management systems.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience using Acturis or similar broking/claims management systems.
  • Progress towards or holding professional qualifications such as Cert CII, Dip CII, or CILA.
  • Proven negotiation experience with insurers, loss adjusters, or suppliers.

On top of a highly competitive salary, the client offers a highly attractive benefits package that supports your financial, professional, and personal well-being:

  • Group Personal Pension Plan, company-paid Group Life Assurance (4x salary), and Group Income Protection
  • Group Private Medical Insurance (BUPA) after six months, free annual eye tests, discounted Gym Group membership, and access to a broker fee-free mortgage service.
  • Full financial support for professional development and study, plus cash bonuses for achieving qualifications.
  • Hybrid working flexibility
  • 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy up to 3 additional days).
