We’re looking for a technically accomplished professional to join a busy commercial broking team, where property-related claims form the majority of the caseload. - Taking ownership of a varied caseload, with a focus on Commercial Property, alongside Motor/Fleet, Employers’ Liability, and Public Liability.
- Managing claims within Delegated Authority, typically up to £10,000 independently and higher values in partnership with adjusters.
- Interpreting and applying policy wordings with accuracy.
- Negotiating effectively with all the involved parties.
- Maintaining clear records.
- Supporting clients through claims decisions with clear and empathetic communication.
About you
- Proven experience handling property claims.
- Experience and understanding of scope within Delegated Authority frameworks.
- Confidence in interpreting policy documentation and explaining technical details to clients.
