Your awareness of commercial insurance and confident approach are highly instrumental in this role of Commercial Client Advisor. Being the first point of contact and managing your own book of business, you will be joining the media and entertainment team working with one of the top UK brokers in their modern Twickenham offices.
Assisting in providing specialist insurance solutions, you are looking to gain exposure to managing your portfolio of clients through building new business alliance opportunities.

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Client Advisor include but are not limited to-
- Handle media production-specific policies such as Advertising Agent's Indemnity, Commercial Producer's Indemnity, Agency Wraps & Death & Disgrace policies.
- Be the first point of contact for your media clients, through careful and tailored communication, attending client meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
- Manage policy renewals & MTAs with confidence and accuracy.
- Negotiate effectively.
- Work efficiently on achieving team objectives.
- Assist in handling a book of media accounts with policies such as Commercial Combined, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Management Liability, Motor Fleet, Travel etc.
To be successful in this role, you will need-
- Previous experience within Commercial insurance.
- A natural and enthusiastic communication style.
- The ability to build effective relationships with clients, your team and the wider company.
- The hunger to succeed and build your career with the help of a well-established, individually tailored development programme.
- Intuitive thinking and confidence in decision-making.
- Strong IT skills.
- An interest in Media/ Entertainment would be an added bonus.
