Current opportunities:
- Account handler: As a key point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, you will manage renewals, handle mid-term adjustments, and address general client enquiries. You'll work closely with underwriters and claims brokers to build strong, lasting relationships and ensure client needs are met efficiently. We welcome candidates from both a commercial claims and a renewals background.
- Corporate account handler: This senior-level role involves managing a complex portfolio of the company's largest corporate clients. You will oversee the full insurance lifecycle for these accounts, from conducting market exercises and negotiating with insurers to presenting renewal options. You'll also have the opportunity to identify cross-selling opportunities and mentor junior team members.
- Internal account executive: This is the perfect next step for an ambitious commercial account handler seeking an account management-focused role. You will inherit an existing book of clients to manage and cultivate, building and maintaining strong relationships. Experience in the motor trade is a significant advantage.

What you'll bring:
We are looking for self-motivated and growth-minded individuals at various stages of their commercial insurance careers. You should be an excellent communicator with commercial insurance product experience. We are flexible to consider candidates who have worked in commercial claims, renewals or new business, or underwriting and are keen to transition into a broking account-handler-focused role.
- Systems Experience: Acturis experience is highly desirable.
- Qualifications: Progress towards the CII qualification is a plus.
