Commercial Account Handler/Client Advisors

We have 3 exceptional opportunities for Commercial Insurance /Corporate Account Handlers/Client Advisors. This role will mainly focus on account retention and growth by assisting existing clients and Account Executives in the best possible way. 

You will be based in Manchester, the role is hybrid and will combine working in the office and from home for a healthy work-life balance!

With your strong commercial insurance background, you will be servicing clients assisting with a broad range of commercial insurance products, and handling large premium levels. Your responsibilities are not limited to-

  • Creating documents for new customers about their insurance requirements.
  • Obtaining renewal terms for customers and researching suitable alternatives to produce presentations.
  • Coordinating all renewal quotes for existing customers along with any mid-term adjustments to be considered.
  • Managing insurer queries with customer policies.
  • Securing the delivery of policy documentation from insurers and check before approval and release by the Account Executive.
  • Dealing with account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns to account managers promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will be-

  • Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ FIT is desirable.
  • Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA’s Risk-aware in handling customer information.
  • Due diligence and process- driven to deadlines.
  • Fully proficient in MS office.
  • Rights to Work in the UK.
