Commercial Account Handler
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a high‑performing team supporting a premium book of mid‑corporate and corporate clients. What the role involves
As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll provide end‑to‑end support to a senior Account Executive and their VIP portfolio of clients. The book covers a broad range of commercial risks, offering variety, technical exposure, and the opportunity to deepen your expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting a well‑established book of mid‑corporate and corporate clients.
• Handling renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and policy administration with accuracy and care.
• Assisting with placements across a varied spread of risks including Professional Indemnity, Financial Lines, Property, Cyber, Technology, Commercial Combined, and Construction.
• Liaising with insurers, underwriters, clients, and introducers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Preparing documentation, presentations, and reports to support client meetings and renewals.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

What you’ll bring
• 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Account Handler within a brokerage environment.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance products.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
• Confidence supporting senior Account Executives and managing complex client needs.
• Ability to work effectively within a hybrid working structure.
What you’ll receive
• A base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)
• Hybrid working - 3 days in a London office, 2 days from home.
