As part of the exciting expansion, they are now seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. Based in the heart of Gloucester, you’ll work in a vibrant office environment alongside a close-knit team with extensive industry expertise.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to-

  • Partner with Regional Account Managers and Account Executives to understand client requirements and develop tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage renewals by collecting client data, preparing submissions, and negotiating terms with insurers to meet retention targets.
  • Process Mid-Term Adjustments and policy endorsements as required.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client needs are managed effectively and efficiently.

What we are looking for-

  • Proven experience in a similar insurance role, ideally within commercial lines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • A proactive, ambitious attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and high ethical standards.
