With some highly ambitious growth plans our client has seen tremendous growth, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance/ Renewal Account Handler. This fantastic opportunity is based in Andover.

Your Role: Commercial Insurance/ Renewal Account Handler

As a key player in the team of 15, you’ll manage the renewal process for the commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing commercial insurance renewals.
  • Liaising with clients and insurers to gather necessary information.
  • Reviewing policy terms and negotiating renewals.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will require-

  • 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in handling renewals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of Acturis.
