Due to their success, and continued growth, they are looking for a well-versed Commercial Account Handler to join their thriving team.

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with a full portfolio of prestigious clients across a wide range of industry sectors, as well as liaise with insurers and service providers. Your responsibilities are not limited to-
- Liaising with clients and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner, providing technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development to grow client portfolio.
- Pro-actively developing appropriate solutions and proposals for clients to ensure client retention.
- Responding to client queries, including changes in cover and risk in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require-
- Previous experience (preferably within Commercial Insurance).
- Achieved CII qualification or studying or willing to pursue in the future.
- Excellent relationship-building/ retention skills.
- Previous experience of handling and managing a portfolio of clients across the industry.
- Good quality correspondence.
- Strong network-building skills.
- IT proficiency.
