We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial account handler to join a dynamic and friendly team based in West Malling. You will service your client accounts throughout the year including the renewal process this will include a mix of administration preparation of presentations to ensure is negotiating premiums of underwriters and processing adjustments and other documentation as required, the role is highly varied and will help you develop your career In the insurance industry.
There are great prospects to develop your career to a team leader/management level. This is a great opportunity to mentor and manage more junior members of the team.
Duties include working in partnership with your team, you will focus entirely on the support needs of your clients and this is why you will be a first-class communicator!
The role will involve creating renewal documents, handling the midterm adjustments and you will also design new quotes for customers. Day to day you will look after insurer queries for your client's policies, assist your clients with their queries on a day-to-day basis relating to existing policies and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies. He will account handle queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns to account managers on time and prepare invoices registers, and other documentation.
Experience knowledge and skills required you will be educated A/C grades in GCSE standard or equivalent, you'll have basic IT skills eligible to work in the UK and have over one year's commercial insurance experience.
