Right now, we have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial account handler to join an award-winning company specialising in Commercial SME/professional indemnity Insurance. The company has already achieved impressive growth, so they are looking for a driven candidate who has a proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service to their clients.
You will service an existing portfolio of clients, covering a broad range of commercial classes of insurance, account managing both new and existing SME clients through effective account handling by processing NB, MTA’s and renewals.
Although commercial insurance experience is desirable we are keen to also consider candidates who have worked in a customer service-regulated environment and seeking an opportunity to develop a rewarding career as a commercial account handler.
Salary circa is competitive (DOE) + excellent hands-on training and career development support, and a chance to earn a discretionary bonus and attend regular company events with the team. Benefits include a competitive salary (DOE), hybrid working flexibility, 25 days holiday, pension, and training towards the Cert CII.
