Your role & responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with a book of commercial clients. You'll be the go-to expert, providing tailored insurance advice and ensuring exceptional service.

  • Work alongside Aaccount executivesto secure new business and drive client retention. You will be instrumental in managing renewals, and adjustmentsand ensuring all transactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and compliance.
  • Use your technical expertise to manage policy information, conduct insurer surveys, and ensure timely and accurate processing on core systems.
  • Place business within your authority limits and participate in continuous professional development (CPD) to keep your skills sharp and stay ahead of industry trends.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, ideally within a broking environment.
  • Proven experience handling a broad range of commercial classes ideally mid-to-large premiums.
  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Someone who is organised, a great team player, and is either Cert CII qualified or working towards it.
  • Acturis systems experience is desirable however training can be provided.
