Insure Recruitment are working alongside one of the most recognised names in the Insurance market on their search for a Manager capable of guiding an already successful team to even greater heights.
Commercial Account Executive Supervisor – Leicestershire – £50,000 - £70,000 + Car, Bonus.
You will be tasked with looking after an established, successful and experienced team in meeting with new and existing clients, conducting regular 1-2-1s and ensuring the team continue to excel.
The Job Role:
- Ensure each member of the team meets their targets from the result of a growth in income, conversion of leads and growing their book of clients.
- Occasionally meeting with clients to help secure new or existing business.
- Conduct fortnightly 1-2-1s with each member of the team.
- Deal with all queries or issues any of the account executives must ensure every member of the team achieves their goals.
Applicants must have come from an Account Executive background and can combine this with managing staff. This role is largely a managerial position, so applicants won’t be dealing with their own book of business.
