Insure Recruitment are currently working with a growing leader of the Insurance sector who are actively recruiting for a New Business focused insurance professional to drive Commercial Insurance Sales.
We are seeking a go-getter with access to a book of business or an understanding of how to build one. With support from a team of Account Handlers and help elsewhere this role is an opportunity for applicants to focus on a niche area or stretch into all areas of Commercial Insurance.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Engaging with new clients looking to secure business or renewal dates.
- Keen eye on the market and can utilise industry-based knowledge to build rapport with clients.
- Driving to achieve company goals and individual targets.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Thorough understanding of Commercial Insurance (Commercial Property, Trade, Liabilities, Commercial Motor)
- An existing client list or the ability to go out and build one.
- Own Vehicle
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Industry recognised qualifications
- Book of Business
Personal characteristics:
- Able to work well with a team but also be comfortable managing your diary.
- Personable with clients and can build rapport effectively.
