Client Executive:
Location: Hybrid (Central London office, with a monthly visit(s) to the team’s head office in Nottingham)

As a Client Executive, you’ll provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients within the highly specialised insolvency sector. The opportunity
You'll manage and continuously grow a book of client relationships through technical excellence, strategic relationships, and targeting development opportunities. A key part of your role will involve building new, long-standing connections with
Insolvency Practitioners, appointment-taking Agents, and Solicitors undertaking Probate by promoting the products, services, and capabilities of Insolvency.
This position requires you to effectively promote a range of specialist insolvency products, including:
- Commercial property transactions
- Commercial combined policies
- Insolvency bonds
You'll handle a diverse range of cases, from individual accounts up to complex corporate-level clients, showcasing your ability to manage intricate insurance needs.

Your key responsibilities
- Establish new, long-standing relationships with Insolvency Practitioners, Agents, and Solicitors, actively promoting specialist products and services through regular reviews and service plans.
- Manage and service these relationships with appropriate service plans and regular reviews.
- Develop and introduce new sources of business, ensuring that targets are met in line with individual sales plans. You will then manage and retain this business to grow your portfolio.
- Represent the team at relevant events, enhancing their presence in key areas. You will also manage tenders, including those for bonds and banner stands.
- Confidently use management information (MI) to monitor progress against targets and use these to build reports and correspondence.
Who we are looking for
You'll bring comprehensive and extensive knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products, ideally with experience in the insolvency or non-transactional insurance. You should be excited by finding new, smart ways to maximise the companies’ brand to continually build a pipeline of new business. You set your own high standards and consistently work towards those set by the business.
This is an exciting next step for:
- A proven Insolvency Insurance Account Handler.
- An experienced Commercial Account Executive with experience in commercial property or commercial combined policies (ideally with non-transactional risk experience).
- Candidates from a legal expense ATE background or with expertise in legal indemnity/title risks looking to transition into a specialist insurance role.
To deliver maximum value for your clients, you'll need to be an exceptional communicator and skilled at building strong relationships, both internally and externally. You are a team player who is working to develop their own relationships and supporting colleagues in developing theirs. You are passionate about your own development and owning this from both a technical and behavioural perspective. You recognise the impact your behaviours have on your clients and colleagues and always strive to operate in a kind, positive, and thoughtful manner.
You must hold a clean UK driving licence and have access to your own transportation. The role requires willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays. You will primarily cover clients in the Southeast, with approximately 3-4 visits per year to Northern Ireland
