Insure Recruitment are working with an independent insurance broker in their search for a Claims Handler to join their commercial team.
Acting as the point of contact for the customer claims and helping to assist with updates, queries and looking to secure the best outcome for all parties.
Duties will be varied but shall include:
• Dealing with allocated claims and being the point of contact throughout the process.
• Speaking to both customer and insurer to keep all parties updated along the way.
• Act professionally throughout ensuring accurate note-taking and timekeeping.
Candidates will need to have claims based experienced ideally from a commercial insurance background and be comfortable working in a small team. Our client would also consider someone working part time so if this would be something of interest please get in touch today.
