Fantastic job opportunity to launch or develop your insurance career working for a thriving and award-winning team as a Claims Administrator.

As a claims administrator, you will manage claims admin tasks that occur and run a smooth and efficient service. You will complete tasks in a professional and timely manner whilst ensuring complete client satisfaction is a top priority!

Your role duties will include:

  • Manage and process all claim payments on their internal claims platform and online banking system daily
  • Keeping all key stakeholders updated regarding payment status and resolving accounting issues that may arise
  • Reconciling processed payments by verifying entries against reports
  • Continuing to improve the payment process 

Your skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent desirable with a basic knowledge of general insurance useful.
  • Previous claims handling experience is preferred but not essential, as they are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
  • With outstanding social skills, you’re an efficient communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to operate with tact, happy to manage complex and highly confidential information.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, analytical and confident in communicating data to others.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and can-do approach; a natural problem-solver who loves to achieve!
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Hybrid working option

Our client offers staff hybrid working flexibility after your training and induction is completed. 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, Mondays and Thursdays are set days to work in the office with another of your choice and 2 days working from home, you can also work from the office 5 days per week if preferred.

Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus the option to buy/sell an additional 5 days per year up to 30 days, your holiday will also increase with years of service up to 27 days + bank holidays, Pension, Income Protection, Health Cash Plan and a variety of benefits you can choose from such as additional life cover, dental insurance, personal travel insurance, season ticket loans, Gym membership, Group income protection.
