If you are a people person- a natural salesperson, and looking to bring your gravitas and driven attitude to a new role then we have an exciting opportunity for you! 

Joining this award-winning, fast-growing insurance broker, you will have proactive experience in forming new businesses. Fully onsite in Middlesex, the role requires flexibility with working hours which will be on a shift basis Monday to Friday, plus a Saturday rota. Mon-Fri – 3 shifts on rotation. Early – 8:30 am - 5.30 pm Middle – 9 am - 6 pm Late – 10 pm – 7 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm.

You will seek out new business, maintain and nurture relationships, and proactively look to close sales to generate and maximise revenue whilst providing high-quality and unparalleled service. Driving efficiencies, your exceptional organisational and negotiation skills will be well sought after.

The successful candidate will have a strong, proactive, ethical sales mentality and be comfortable in a high-pressure environment. Working to deadlines you will also be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at senior levels. All employees are expected to pitch in and go the extra mile to see the business succeed.
