Insurance Branch Manager required to lead, organise, motivate and develop staff to achieve their own objectives.
We are seeking an experienced insurance manager, a "people manager" who is able to demonstrate an ability to manage a team to successfully deliver targets set.
You will need to have a strong understanding of the broking market a good knowledge of sales techniques, insurer deals and working knowledge of the General Insurance contracts including Property, Casualty and Motor Classes.
