Banking Administrator (FTC)

We are recruiting an administrator for a 6 months FTC, working for a mutli-award winning bank, the hybrid working Banking Services Administrator will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide a professional, efficient service to all our customers.

This is a varied role with duties ranging from handling incoming customer enquiries and instructions, making outbound customer calls and processing new business applications. Completing the admin associated with customer and product related processing. 

What we’re looking for:

  • You will have previous customer service experience within an office environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Apply attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Experience of general administration processes and servicing of business
  • A flexible and pro-active approach to work and changing business priorities. Ability to self-motivate, plan, prioritise and organise own work and workflow
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, with a strong focus on achieving results
  • Ability to retain large amounts of information, especially relating to different procedures
  • Understands the importance of team working, pro-active in building and developing relationships. Able to work with others to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Excellent numerical skills with a keen eye, the ability to absorb and analyse data
  • Knowledge of general banking procedures and regulations would be ideal

The successful candidate will receive
