Providing account servicing support and ensuring effective servicing of client accounts, you'll deliver outstanding service to our wide range of clients within the commercial space. You will be trained and supported to handle approximately 200 clients within your book of business. Our client is a large multi-national broker, has an impressive 95% renewal rate and long-term client relationships, the premium sizes range from £10,000 up to £ 1 million.
A broad level of commercial insurance knowledge is desirable as well as experience providing first-class customer support to your clients. We will also consider candidates from other lines of insurance or if you have commercial insurance experience within an underwriting or claims role.

You will work from a beautiful office based in Ipswich where there is genuine hybrid working flexibility. (3 days in the office 2 working from home)
