Responsibilities:
- Creating insurance documents for new customers.
- Researching and presenting suitable alternatives for renewal terms.
- Coordinating renewal quotes and mid-term adjustments.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Managing insurer queries and policy processing.
- Handling account queries and credit control matters.
- Applying legal and regulatory policies effectively.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- CII Qualifications: Cert CII/Dip CII (desirable).
- Commercial Insurance Experience: Larger commercial to corporate (preferred).
- SLA Achievement: Proven experience in working to targets and achieving SLAs.
- Risk Awareness: Ability to handle customer information securely.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Acturis Proficiency: Fully proficient in Acturis software. (Although training can be provided)
