Our client is offering hybrid flexibility of 1-day working from home and 4 days in the office with hours of working between 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
This role of Account Handler is focused on annual preparing and reviewing commercial insurance policies and working with the Agents to process renewal amendments.
- Ensuring that renewals are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
- To be aware of market conditions and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and Insurers/Underwriters;
- Providing clients with high-quality policy documentation in accordance with FCA regulations;
- Responding to client queries, including changes in cover and risk in a professional and timely manner;
