As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you'll play a crucial role in providing a professional and efficient service to your clients. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, offering expert advice, and ensuring clients have the most suitable insurance cover.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing professional advice, quotations, and excellent service to clients.
  • Supporting business growth by generating new customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing essential reports and documentation.

 We're searching for a proactive and detail-orientated individual with:

  • Prior experience as an account handler within the insurance industry or a strong background in financial services.
  • A good understanding of personal lines insurance is ideal, but a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and friendly approach to customer service.
