A fantastic opportunity awaits to join an established, independent insurance broker seeking a motivated and professional E-Trade-focused account handler to become part of their friendly and supportive team based in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in Mid/High Net Worth (MNW/HNW) Home, Shops/Office Packages, and Property Owners insurance to take the next step in their career within a respected and forward-thinking independent brokerage.
You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding client service—handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business while maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid/high net worth homes, shop/office packages, and property owners.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business promptly and accurately
- Trade policies through E-Trade platforms to source competitive, tailored cover
- Communicate clearly with clients and insurers to maintain excellent relationships
- Maintain accurate records and compliance within the Acturis broking system
- Support senior brokers on complex or high-value cases
- Deliver a client-first service that reflects the brokerage’s commitment to quality
About you
- Minimum 18 months’ insurance account handling experience
- Experience using E-Trade platforms is highly desirable
- Knowledge of MNW/HNW Home, and/or Commercial Property insurance (Fleet, Cyber, D&O, and Liability is desirable)
- Confident user of Acturis (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented
- Keen to continue your professional development – full CII study support provided
