About the role
This exciting account executive role is the perfect platform to hone your already proven skills in delivering exceptional service and your ability to achieve - even exceed – ambitious growth targets.
Joining a dynamic, thriving and friendly broking team (and collaborating with other internal teams), you will be pivotal to driving business growth. As well as delivering new clients and hot prospects, you will also be required to identify lucrative new opportunities to expand relationships with current clients.
This position requires just two days a week in offices in Amersham an iconic and scenic booming and commutable town nestling in the Chiltern Hills, within easy reach of London / Alcester a quintessentially English historic market town in an alluring and thriving landscape in the heart of England.

What you’ll bring
Proactive and results-driven, you’ll bring proven account executive experience within the insurance industry, highly skilled in communicating, negotiating and managing clients.
A natural relationship builder, you have the initiative to identify and grasp new business opportunities, making lucrative connections with new clients. You also excel in driving growth through nurturing and expanding existing fruitful collaborations with existing clients. You can demonstrate that you deliver, ensuring clients' evolving needs are quickly and fully met; including tailored insurance solutions and post-sale account management.
The role requires a collaborative team player with strong organisational and prioritising skills, meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-driven problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in CRM and insurance platforms, you invest in continual professional development (ideally you’ll be Cert CII qualified – or willing to work towards it), and experienced with Acturis (or similar).
